Since Maurice and I are moving to Albuquerque, I am looking for an east-coaster to take over posting the Daily Check-in each morning and weekend with some consistency of style and content. I still intend to post each day, but it will be a few hours later. ** Any Takers? **

Rich, Without seeing the actual e-mail, I would suspect the source would be someone with privileges and it was probably well meaning.

I re-ran the search index, about an 8 hour process. I can now search for the "smaller" more common words. Also, when doing an author search you can use an * to shorten the word. Let me know if I fixed it or not.

The site search in the upper right hand corner works for only a few select keywords. I suspect it might be some sort of selective cache issue. For example try searching for “liquor”, “Obama” and then “blond”. Under Advanced Search the author search does seem to work correctly.
