1. Goto the http://www.DataSystemsTech Portal. 2. On IE8, click on “Tools” and then click on “Compatibility View Settings” 3. Add the DS website address to the Compatibility View List. 4. Make sure "Compatibility View" is checked to on.

If using vista, try setting compatibility view "on".

Rich, Without seeing the actual e-mail, I would suspect the source would be someone with privileges and it was probably well meaning.
